George Castle
It is popularly stated as the Shimla of Madhya Pradesh. Shivpuri is one of the oldest towns in Gwalior, with thick dense forests where Mughal Emperors used to hunt. Summer Hill
The famous tourist spot is positioned at a distance of 5 km from the Ridge. It is the beautiful little township of Summer Hill situated at a height of 5600 feet on the Shimla- Kalkarailway line. Another key reason for its immense popularity amongst the travellers is that Mahatma Gandhi used to stay during his visit to Shimla. Himachal Pradesh University is also situated here.

Gaiety Heritage Cultural Complex
Gaiety Heritage Cultural Complex is another hugely popular historic places in Shimla. This is 122 years old complex. Recently, the complex was reopened to the public. It is constructed in a Gothic Victorial style, whereas most of the significant cultural and literary events are hosted here.

Naldehra is a famous tourist spot located at a distance of 23 kilometers from Shimla. One of the key highlights of this popular tourist spot is that during the British era, India’s oldest nine hole golf course was laid out by Lord Curzon.
Chail
During the visit to Shimla, you must plan trip to Chail which is situated at a distance of 45 kilometers from Shimla city. It has the highest cricket pitch in the world and offers some of the finest scenic locales and tourist spots.
Kufri
