Day 1: Delhi-Shimla
On your arrival at Delhi airport/station/bus stop, our representative will greet you. Now, get ready for a memorable drive towards Shimla. During the drive, you will catch the views of some beautiful tourist spots like Kufri Chandigarh, Parwanoo and Solan. On your arrival in Shimla, check in to the hotel and relax for sometime. In the evening, enjoy visit to Mall road. Now, return to your hotel followed by enjoyable overnight stay.
Day 02: Shimla to Sangla Valley (260 Kms. 11-12 Hrs.)
Start your day with a healthy breakfast followed by enjoyable drive towards Sangla! The journey will last for more than 10 to 11 hrs enroute some of the scenic villages of Fagu, Theog, Matiana, Narkanda and Rampur. The memorable drive will continue to Sarahan via Rampur. Take a break and have your lunch! Now continue your journey towards Sangla! In the evening, you will reach the Sangla Valley followed by enjoyable overnight stay in the hotel. To make the trip adventurous, you can also enjoy camping!
Day 03: Chitkul Sangla Valley Excursion
Start your day with a healthy breakfast followed by trip to Kamru village! Enjoy a small walk to Kamru Fort, a renowned temple of Kamaksha Devi. Sangla is a hugely populous village which is positioned on the bank of the Baspa River. Renowned for its high fertility and located at an altitude of 2621 m above the sea level and is beautifully constructed on a slope with the house rising one above the other. Check out the gigantic Raldang Peaks which are standing tall behind. Another famous village of Kinnaur district is Chitkul of Himachal Pradesh and is considered as the last inhabited village close to the Indo-Tibet border. The scenic locales of Baspa valley is mesmerizing and regarded as the prettiest valley in the Himalayas. After capturing all the beauties of nature in your camera, return to your hotel! Have your dinner followed by an enjoyable overnight stay at Sangla hotel.
Day 04: Sangla to Kalpa 2,758 metres / 9,048 feet (40 kms/ 2-3 hrs)
Start your day with a healthy breakfast followed by an enjoyable drive towards the Kalpa village. Drive will take 2-3 hrs via Recongpeo. Take a stroll at the local market and buy some souvenirs for your dear ones. Recongpeo regarded as the district headquarters of Kinnaur district. Now, it’s time to have a lunch break at the local restaurant and enjoy lip smacking Indian or Tibetian food. Post lunch get set for drive towards kalpa (7 kms)! On arrival check into the hotel! After relaxing for sometime, get set to explore the stunning Kalpa Valley. Return to your hotel and have your dinner followed by an enjoyable overnight stay in hotel in Kalpa.
Day 05: Kalpa Excursion
Start your day early followed by a healthy breakfast! Now get set to visit the Kalpa village and the nearby Roghi village. The stunning villages are enclosed amidst the thick pine forests. You will also catch visual treat of apricots and apples. Don’t miss the brilliant view of the Mt. Kinner Kailash Mountain (6000 metres). If you wake up early in the morning, it will be a mind blowing view as the rising sun touches the snowy peaks. The stunning Kalpa village is situated at a height of 2759 m from the sea level. It was earlier considered as the the District Headquarter of Kinnaur. In the evening, take a brief stroll with your dear ones and return to your hotel followed by an enjoyable overnight stay.
Day 6: Kalpa-Nako-Tabo
Start your day early followed by a healthy breakfast and get ready to visit Tabo, Nako Lake. Tabo is regarded as one of the major gompas. It is popular not only in Spiti but all across Tibetan Buddhist world. Dalai Lama has also founded the modern gompa and painting school here. Tabo is stated as the largest monastic complex in Spiti and was built in 996 AD. Now, check into the hotel followed by an enjoyable overnight stay.
Day 07: Tabo to Kaza 3,200 metres / 10,500 feet, (150 kms / 9 hrs).
Start your day early followed by a healthy breakfast and get ready to visit the Tabo monastery. It is regarded as the oldest monastery in the Himalayas. Now, get set for an enjoyable drive towards Kaza via Dhankar village and Dhankar monastery and fort. Now, take a short tea break and enjoy some tea or lunch. Now, start your journey towards Kaza! On arrival check in at your hotel! After relaxing for sometime, explore in the Kaza market.
Day 08: Kaza Excursion ( 5-6 hrs).
Start your day with a healthy breakfast and get ready to visit the village of Lagnza. Take a stroll around the village with your dear ones. Check out the monastery located at the top of the village. The view is simply mesmerizing as you will see here the yaks working and grazing in the pastures. In case, the weather allows, you can also enjoy drive towards Hikkim, and the Comic village. The Comic village is regarded as the world’s highest village (4,450 metres). After having your lunch, continue your journey towards Kee Monastery and the village of Kibber. At one time, Kibber (at 4,200 metres) was considered as the world’s highest village. You can also enjoy visit to the mountains and check out the big herds of Himalayan blue sheep and snow ibex gather in the evening. In the evening, return to Kaza for an enjoyable overnight stay!
Day 09: Kaza to Manali 2,050 metres / 6,726 feet ( 205 kms /10 hrs)
Start your day with a healthy breakfast and get ready for drive towards Manali (9-10 hrs). Have a short tea break at Losar, and can have lunch at Batal. During this memorable drive, you will enjoy views of two high mountain passes, where one is stated as the highest point on the whole journey (Kunzum Pass, 4,558 metres / 14,950 feet). You will continue the journey over the Rohtang pass (3,980 metres / 13058 feet) followed by arrival in the stunning Kullu valley. On your arrival in Manali in the evening, check in at the hotel followed by a memorable overnight stay.
Day 10: Manali to Delhi (570 kms – 12-13 hrs).
Start your day with a healthy breakfast and get ready for drive towards Delhi via Kullu, Aut, Hanogi devi temple and Pandoh Dam. Your Kinnaur Kaza Tour Package from Delhi is all set to over today. Cherish the wonderful memories of the magnificent locales and picturesque destination.
